i'm tired of living alone

FULL STOP

of life so far

it's been long since last i write here..hu..and now i dunno where to begin. i've got  a lot to keep for memories, so lets see what's i'm up to for the time being.

life is good. i have a smooth-sailing journey at the new school so far. after 10 months, all i can say is this is great. even better than the previous school i guess. but still, it is a wee bit too early to judge so better to let time decides all. Alhamdulillah for this, and may Allah ease my way through my working journey here :)

but at the same time, i am still miles away separated from mr.hubs. this is sad. i am still living alone in this mini home. still living alone in this rented mini home. and hubs got to live at his parents'. how jealous :(

still praying hard that we're gonna have the chance to live together sooner..so we can buy a house, or build one! ha

discovered this small tupperware outlet in bandar gua musang..and that amoi gives 20% off of everything! imma happy costumer! need to visit her shop on regular basis. tehee. and i've bought two sets of tupperware from this one teacher with el-cheapo price. the blossom serving set consists of 9 items for only rm 120, gah that was ridiculous. the retail price is rm 245. that was dirt cheap, so i bought one set. another one is the pretty in pink set. good bargain so i couldn't say no. hihi. but now the problem is i need a tall unit in the kitchen so i can stack and store everything in a decent manner. gonna save up for that.

love pearl haya scarf so much now due to its comfort and practicality. and i've been to the authorised dealer place in kota bharu, so all i can say is, Alhamdulillah. now i need not to worry of where to get the scarf as i can go and visit the place in any time. did i say the place has various collections and heaps of stocks too? yes, it is. joy joy joy!

stressful sunday

ok this is random.

i hate it when ppl telling me what to do or what not to do.its like giving order.heck i am a grown up i know what i am up to.treat me professionally n ill treat u as one.i know where i stand but that doesnt mean u can order me to do this and that.and the fact dat u r older doesnt make u superior.stop messing wif my life!ugh.

it's his birthday

today is my husband's birthday..Alhamdulillah, it;s the second time we celebrated the day as husband and wife. and yes, it's the first time i have him before my eyes on his birthday night. during the previous years,  birthday nights were spent on the phone only. oh how saddening. but not last night..and not during many years to come, Insyaallah..

well, i hadn't prepared much, my plan was we go out for dinner and that's it. the rest will be continued this weekend which i think that we would go for a trip together, going to somewhere nice, rent a place to stay for a night or two, that's it. and i was thinking of beach! how nice it is to go to a beach..spending a night at a resort..

which wouldn't come true :-(

hu..

anyways last night we went out quite late and only to be told that the place was having their closing minute already at that time. haishh. at last, we had a piece of cake in the car while roaming around town finding a place to dine. aaand guess what we had finally! a plate of nasi goreng pataya for the birthday boy and a bowl of bihun sup for me. how an uncool birthday treat. hewhewhew.

is that all?nopey, we had another slice of raspberry cheesecake on bed, with candle poppers lighted on and a piece of card saying i had no present for him, yet, at  12 am sharp. (i have the pictures in my phone, i'll put em here once i got em transferred into the laptop.)

so that was his birthday birthday night..looking forward for this weekend, and hoping it will turn out well as i wish..

so dear hubs,

u have heard i said i love u thousand times, but here's another one..i love u more than anything in this whole world..u are my strength and my weakness..that's for sure..

lets make this marriage a blessed and blissful one, amin.

of new school pt 1

i'm in the middle of typing question paper for the becoming examination. surprisingly for Kelantan, the examination that the students sit for in the middle of the year is not named as "Mid Year Exam" but PKBS 2 instead. PKBS stands for Penilaian Kendalian Berasaskan Sekolah, the second one after the previous that was held in March. well, nothing much, just the same old routine as a teacher. how i suddenly loathe myself for throwing away all the sets of questions i've got last time in Teluk Intan. if not,my life is gonna be a lot easier now. oh please!

speaking of school routine, yes, i'm quite settled in already, but of course, in moderation. i mean, talk less, do more. okay,  i have chit chats here and there and i am quite close to few of them already especially the teachers from English panel. i fit in quite quickly compared to what i've been through in teluk intan few years back. i am more self-collected and i think confidence is all that needed to walk through unfamiliar and rough journey. i come to school, settle my workloads, going up to classes, and before i realize it's time to go home. oh what a bliss it is to be home at 1.05 everyday.and not to think of school miscellaneous till next morning, is definitely awesome!

did i tell u we have Yaasin recital every morning assembly, every day? it starts at 7.20 every morning and usually ends at 7.40. the principal is quite open with this because yes, if we do not recite Al-Quraan even for a sentence once a day, our heart will be blinded by black spots, literally. so in order to make sure the students have their own Quraan reciting moment, the school decides to have a session before starting off lesson of the day. i personally appreciate the moment as it kinds of asking for Allah blessings for whatever we're gonna do that day. it makes us remember Allah in everything we do. I feel blessed and i am thankful that i have this opportunity to become a better person :-)

oh well,  think i gotta go. have to go into class now.catch up later bunnies! :-)

Three day two night camping is exhausting. even more when u need to serve food for 50 all-the-time-famished growing up children for breakfast, lunch, tea, dinner and supper. so when it ended i begged hubs and kinda bribed him with nasi goreng kampung (malas masak lunch huahuhua) to take me somewhere with nice view. somewhere breathtaking.somewhere with fresh breeze, out of this little place. i can't be stuck in here for another week without a peek to the outside world, coz i'll die.or maybe i'll live in delusion for the whole week.or even worse, i'll become edward in vampires suck :P so there u go, an unplanned roadtrip to somewhere not very far, almost equivalent to our journey back to kota bharu from gua musang. it took us two hours to reach there, including a tour along gua musang town for the best keropok which we learned its unavailability (the place was closed!) later on, and a stop at Petronas for fuel.not bad huh? and to be presented with this;

so we spent about one hour there, coz it's already late. we departed from home at 2.30, arrived at 4.30.then comes back at 5.30 and reached gua musang at 7.30.crazy.but fun.random acts like this is alwayyyys exciting! thanks hubs, i'm looking forward for more and more roadtrips like this, just the two of us in the future, inshaAllah :)

a surprise.

mr.hubs has been so lovey dovey yesterday. and i am nothing but contented! :)

he reached our mini home at 9pm, and we had dinner straight after. i managed to whip out ayam goreng kunyit with kacang buncis, sambal tumis udang and masak lemak kobis, keret and tofu. and u know what's the happiest thing in this world for a wife? it's when your husband finished up all the meal u cooked! and to witness  him having the meal spoon by spoon without blurting out a word,to finally burp with full stomach, is such a satisfaction. ha ha.i dunno about others, but for me, that is. like,oh, i've done something meaningful, making sure someone feeling full, with my very own hands.it's magical. ha ha

then he helped me clearing up the table while i busied myself with stuffs in the fridge. when i was rummaging the fridge he came from behind and saying something like "ni benda ni kena simpan dalam fridge ni, nnt cair" while attempting to place something inside the fridge. so i was like, ape benda? and that thing was in  Popular plastic bag so it somehow crossed my mind that oh his mom must have given us some kueh to eat kot. but at the same time, much to my surprise, i saw this,

ha! the recipe book! i was so surprised then i suddenly remembered, patutlah x bagi beli recipe book hari tu mase kat tesco during our previous visit. plainly because he already bought the book for me. hewhew. i thought he didn't want me to buy the recipe book because i already got myself a broadband in gua musang so i can just google any recipe any time. ha ha. i couldn't resist myself but to sink myself into the thick pages of the books straight after!

aaand, while i was busy with the book, he did laundry and even hang the clothes to dry. oh, what a bliss. i went to iron his shirt for work before we finally sit together for a session of desperate housewives on channel 708. i soon rewarded him with this,

and we both had a great night all over. thanks mr.hubs i love u!

finding way outta cave.

just got myself a broadband. finally, after 3 months staying here. ha, i was indecisive of having one coz i thought broadband might not perform well here. well, here means gua musang lah -_-"

aaanyways, it's not that bad. believe it or not, the light on the dongle turns blue (yay) hence quite good reception. super happayy and relieved! so i won't stay longer at school anymore for free internet! hahah! yeh, i'm pathetic like that.hewhew.

and i won't yearn for home anymore every weekend.meaning i can stay here and hubs can come to visit and we can have our very own 'us' time at this little place.and we can live in our own way, technically, such as having breakfast at 12 noon? that mighhtttt happen, u know :)

speaking of home, umi, abah and my two brothers are going for umrah this April. wish i can join them, but well, no money no talk lah. LOL. i'm planning to take a day off on their departure but too afraid to see yam, so how? gonna find out a way to apply for leave without seeing her asap. it's 17 days to go.i'm glad i can help out umi abah to settle few things for their trip :) well, i should! coz he has funded my education and i owe them my life actually so it's payback time!! (tolong beli kain pelikat dua helai je ponn) heheh. 

i've got too many to tell about my transfer to gua musang and my new life here and of course how i miss those friends in teluk intan but think it's time to call it a day. need to go to bed, kalau x bgn esok naya. hmm hmm. gonna write more soooonn. so gdnight sleepyheads..and hubs, esok jgn bgn lewat tauu :-* :)

random toughts

had a great time as i gotta spend the weekend with my parents and sisters. you know, things like this, when u got married, is hard to find. and when u got it, it's as precious as gem. it's a love-hate relationship, but in the end, u know, u can't live without them.and u actually wanna spend more time with those amazing people..

 it's a small piece of the puzzle that i've been missing since i got married. yes i can spend a lovely afternoon in the kitchen with my mom but before i knew it i have to be at my in-laws' place. not that i complaint, but i don't know..

everything has to be distributed fairly..we have to learn tolerance.we have to take the steps slowly, one by one..i am over-sensitive, he is trying to be on charge.and i may say the end is not always as lovely..

i have a family, too. i have my parents who have done everything to me. they made me who i am today. and i have my siblings who care for me more than anybody else in the world. they never critics, never complaint, never tell me of what is supposed to be right or what's wrong. they never judge, never made me feel bad even if my monthly earning is lesser than them all.

i have an amazing role model in my life, my abah that is. he doesn't have heart for shopping. but he has lungs for education. he made our life unquestionably interesting. we may not rich but we have enough for our life. he saved a lot, a lot of money because he had his priority. he had his own mission. he had an aim. which has become a reality. we made it.we made him proud of us, i know, and we are proud of him, though he is just an old man with free shirt and aging trousers, which i believe in whose pockets filled with more money than my shiny new blouse's.
